1. Scope of Services & Relationship

Landlord-Tenant Relationship: Arora Synergy directly owns, leases, or manages stable housing units. Formal occupancy is governed strictly by an independent, signed Lease Agreement or Housing Program Agreement. These website terms do not supersede a physical lease.

Educational Facilitation: The financial literacy workshops, life skills training, and employment coaching provided by Arora Synergy are educational resources. They do not constitute formal, licensed financial planning or legal counsel.

2. Tenant & Participant Obligations

Accurate Information: Applicants and housing coordinators must provide completely truthful income, background, and eligibility data. Providing fraudulent information is grounds for immediate application denial or termination of program placement.

Financial Responsibility: Residents are responsible for timely rent payments as outlined in their specific program or lease parameters.

3. Limitation of Liability

While Arora Synergy strives to maintain safe, stable, and empowering living and learning environments:

We are not liable for unexpected property maintenance interruptions, utility outages caused by third-party providers, or minor technical disruptions to the online resident portal.

Arora Synergy, its directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from a participant's financial or employment choices following our educational workshops.

4. Indemnification

Users and partner agencies agree to indemnify and hold Arora Synergy harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of a breach of these terms, misuse of our platform, or willful misconduct on the managed premises.

5. Governing Law

This Legal Notice and all property management operations are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate local jurisdiction.
